On Monday, June 27th, the Washington Peace Center and the DC Anti-War Network (DAWN) hosted, and Reverend Graylan Hagler facilitated, an historic meeting of local and national anti-war and other peace and justice organizations. The theme of this meeting was Unity, particularly focusing on the current anti-war movement leading up to and beyond actions that will take place the weekend of September 24th in Washington, D.C. We would like to hear comments from everyone who attended or wanted to attend this meeting about (a) why they attended, (b) what they feel was accomplished, and (c) what we need to accomplish in the future. To comment, click on the word "comments" at the end of this message.
